Beets. You can roast, shred, and even make a dip out of beets for a different and more colorful hummus presentation.
Sweet potato. These starchy vegetables are super versatile! You can roast, mash and bake them, or make lasagnas, casseroles, salads, fries, chips, pancakes, toasts, and soup!
Pumpkin. Oh! Probably the most emblematic produce in the Fall season! There are numerous desserts you can make with pumpkin such as pies, puddings, muffins, cakes, and cupcakes. Soups, toasts, butter, and roasted pumpkin seeds are salty options you can try too!
